Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson in New Jersey to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. You will drive sales, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Pay range: $20.00 - $31.25 per hour. Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation, training, and growth opportunities, including ASE certifications and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
