Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will engage with customers in-store and over the phone, promoting services and guiding them to suitable options. You will handle transactions with accuracy, build loyalty, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments.

A high school diploma and retail experience are required. Pay ranges from $16.52 to $25.82 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
