Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson in Nashville to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for our automotive services. You will engage with customers face-to-face and by phone, promoting our products and scheduling service visits.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in retail sales, a HS diploma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license required; ASE certs and on-the-job training are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to assist customers in sales and complaints.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
