Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, drive sales of automotive services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of retail sales experience, plus a valid driver's license for operating customer and company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with customers to resolve sales and complaint issues and ensure loyalty.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive customer and company vehicles.
