Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide sales-driven, friendly service in-store and over the phone. You will help customers select services, schedule appointments and process transactions to ensure a smooth visit.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years of retail experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required to support this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
