Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson dedicated to outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and promoting our services.

You will sell during visits, build relationships, coordinate with technicians for service appointments, and handle transactions efficiently. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
