Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will promote our services, build relationships, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
