Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Retail Salesperson for Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Langhorne, PA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone while driving sales of automotive products and services.

You will build strong customer relationships, promote products, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a seamless visit. A strong sales mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
