Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Langhorne, PA seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, driving the sale of our automotive services. You will coordinate with technicians to set clear appointment times and promote our products and services to customers for a seamless visit.

You will engage with customers, build relationships, and ensure accurate transaction procedures in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience is required.
• Must communicate clearly with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Ability to handle sales and complaints to resolve issues.
