• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two+ years of sales/marketing experience or Stellantis internship.
• Willingness to relocate based on business needs.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer- and results-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage business relationships with assigned dealerships and maintain a presence in the market.
• Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line and assess progress against goals.
• Support vehicle ordering, allocation, and scheduling decisions based on market demand and inventory needs.
• Review dealer and market performance, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Partner with dealership leadership on sales opportunities, customer experience, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Field Operations teams.
• Prepare and present performance updates, business recommendations, and market insights.
• Travel frequently, including overnight travel to support dealerships and market activities.
