Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is looking for an Automotive Retail Salesperson to join Bridgestone Retail Operations stores. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone, drive sales of automotive services, and build lasting relationships with customers.

You will handle transactions with precision, promote products and services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service appointments, while contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
