Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Retail Salesperson to join our automotive retail team.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, with a goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs and driving service bookings. You will promote products and services, build relationships, and ensure smooth transaction processes while coordinating with technicians and customers for timely appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
