Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our Bridgestone Retail Operations stores. You will engage customers, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality visits.

You will drive sales, maintain strong product knowledge, and help create a welcoming store atmosphere that supports customer retention and loyalty while meeting daily targets and standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
