Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Retail Salesperson in a dynamic automotive retail environment. You will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, drive sales of automotive services, and coordinate appointments with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

As a valued teammate, you’ll participate in merchandising and promotions while building long-term relationships with customers. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction & loyalty.
• Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
