Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and provide expert advice. You will engage with customers, support sales goals, and maintain an organized store while following safety and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime).
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection and provide reliable automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! customer service and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, keep the store organized, and follow POS procedures.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies; operate store equipment as needed.
