Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will provide expert advice, maintain well-stocked inventory, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! service and exceed expectations.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized, clean store areas.
• Operate point-of-sale procedures and follow loss-prevention policies.
