Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy store, inspire the team, and grow our business with integrity. This professional-level role combines sales leadership with hands-on operations.

You will recruit and train staff, manage inventory and store systems, develop Professional Customer relationships, and drive performance against financial targets. Expect a demanding schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing profitability in a retail environment.
