Qualifications

• High school diploma; Associate’s Degree in a business-related discipline is a plus.
• At least 3 years of proven managerial experience within an automotive / tire retail environment.
• Experience with gross and net profits.
• Solid mathematical skills.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Computer literate; experience with POS applications and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; valid CA driver’s license with clean driving record; pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations daily and drive sales.
• Manage profitability and minimize losses.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and discipline.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and safety best practices.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and shrinkage controls.
• Ensure customer service and relationship-building with clients.
• Handle billing and daily banking tasks.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, offices, and service bays.
• Coordinate with technicians; ensure work orders and vehicle maintenance records.
