Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coach and develop the team, lead as manager on duty, and align activities with store goals while upholding Belle Tire's culture and values.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, customer-first service, and operational excellence in a tire and automotive service retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement in Belle Tire culture.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Champion the sales process to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily store functions like scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expenses.
