Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at AAA Tire & Auto Service locations in the Cincinnati area. The role offers exposure to advanced diagnostic equipment and strong training.

You will perform maintenance across engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and heating/AC, with opportunities to pursue ASE or dealer certifications within 12 months. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• ASE certifications or dealership certifications preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (Paid by AAA).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to complete satisfactory pre-employment screenings.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

OH 45069AAA Tire & Auto Service - Maineville: 6269 Rivers Bend Drive, Maineville, OH 45039As an Automotive Repair Technician, AAA can offer you:Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.A Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $26.30 to $36.92 hourly flat rate, and includes a 30 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.B Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $23.46 to $32.95 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.C Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $20.53 to $28.85 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.Take advantage of our Productivity Incentive Bonus that gives you the opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus on each biweekly paycheck!Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required.
