Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Marlton, NJ is seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC systems, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

This is a full-time position based at our Marlton location. We offer an hourly pay range of $25.81–$36.25, a 20-hour minimum billable week, and a productivity bonus every two weeks based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• ASE or dealership certifications in at least three categories preferred or able to obtain within 12 months (paid for by AAA).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Routinely perform diagnostics and repair work in suspension, steering, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Document work performed and communicate with team effectively.
