Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician A in Toledo, OH. You will diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC while upholding safety and manufacturer procedures.

The role includes mentoring fellow technicians and training for ASE certifications. The position offers a competitive hourly base ($24.99–$35.08) with a 30-hour minimum, a productivity bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred.
• Ability to certify ASE within 12 months – paid for by AAA.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work (Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Electrical, HVAC).
• Maintain and expand technical expertise; ensure safety standards.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service staff.
