AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician at A, B, or C level to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles in Downingtown, PA. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer confidence while offering growth opportunities and comprehensive training.

We provide paid ASE certifications and recertifications, a full-time schedule with Saturdays possible, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Authorized to work in the USA

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Work on engine performance, transmissions, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC
• Maintain tools and work areas to safety standards
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications and best practices
• Grow technical expertise and adapt to diverse work assignments
• Support team and participate in training initiatives
