Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE Master Technician or dealership certifications preferred (or able to certify within 12 months – paid by AAA).
• ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license; authorized to work in the USA.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work across engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Maintain high level of technical expertise and continuously expand skills.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.
• Train and mentor other technicians and service associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
