Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles across its Maryland locations. The role includes access to advanced diagnostic equipment, ongoing training, and a structured pay plan with hourly base rates and billable-week guarantees.

  • ASE certifications or dealership certifications in automotive diagnostics/repairs preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (Paid for by AAA).
  • Ability to lift up to a maximum of 75lbs and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and continuously develop additional technical skills.
  • Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
  • Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as per manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.A Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $27.61 to $38.75 hourly flat rate, and includes a 30 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.B Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $24.64 to $34.60 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.C Technicians: The starting base compensation for this position is $21.55 to $33.50 hourly flat rate, and includes a 20 Hour Billable Week Guarantee.Take advantage of our Productivity Incentive Bonus that gives you the opportunity to earn $1100 per month!Our full-time technicians work a total of 5 days each week, with Mondays, Friday & Saturdays typically required.
