At AAA, your success is our success. As an Automotive Repair Technician A, we offer:

• The starting base compensation ranges from $25.79 to $36.19 hourly, depending on experience and location.
• 30-hour billable week guarantee.
• Opportunity to earn a productivity bonus of $250 - $550 biweekly.
• Work schedule: 5 days/week, typically Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays off, with Sundays off and another weekday off as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, heating/air conditioning, and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain and develop technical skills for flexibility in work assignments.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools, typically requiring 6+ years of experience.
• ASE or dealer certification as a Master Automotive Technician preferred; ability to attain certifications within 12 months (paid for by AAA).
• Preferred certifications include ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance).
• Ability to mentor and train other technicians and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug, and fitness screenings.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
