Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2–3 years automotive technician experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in line with dealership standards and factory bulletins.
• Address customers' concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit.
• Perform the Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle and notify if issues deviate from expectations.
• Master the Dealer Management System (CDK) for timekeeping, work distribution, and communications.
• Maintain cleanliness and accountability for tools and workspace; uphold 'leave no trace' standard.
