Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to support our high-volume pre-owned vehicle operation. This flat-rate production role focuses on preparing used vehicles for sale in a high-volume dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and recondition incoming pre-owned Mercedes Benz vehicles
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
• Complete required recon work efficiently and accurately
• Identify needed repairs and document findings
• Prepare vehicles for front-line retail readiness
