Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma, part of the Larson Automotive Group, is seeking a Reconditioning Technician to support our high-volume pre-owned vehicle operation. This flat-rate production role focuses on preparing used vehicles for sale in a fast-paced dealership environment.

If you are a technician who wants steady work, strong flag hours, and a consistent workflow, this is a strong opportunity. You will inspect, recondition, and document findings to ready vehicles for front-line retail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Teamwork skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Willing to submit to drug screen and background check.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and recondition incoming pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs.
• Complete required recon work efficiently and accurately.
• Identify needed repairs and document findings.
• Prepare vehicles for front-line retail readiness.
