Qualifications

• Must have experience with basic automotive service tasks including oil changes, tires, brakes and alignments.
• High School Diploma/GED is required; background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and prior automotive technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in compliance with dealership and factory standards; stay up to date with factory technical bulletins.
• Address customer concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Perform Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle and communicate additional issues to the Service Advisor as needed.
• Master the Dealer Management System (CDK) for timekeeping, work distribution, inspections, quotes and communication.
• Maintain accountability for dealership tools and uphold a clean, professional workspace with a 'leave no trace' standard.
