Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is looking for an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Technician to join our high-volume pre-owned vehicle operation.
If you're tired of inconsistent workflow or waiting for your next RO, this is an opportunity to work in a busy reconditioning department with a steady vehicle pipeline, strong production opportunities, and the support of an established dealership team.
You’ll work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles as well as a variety of pre-owned makes and models. Mercedes-Benz experience is not required. We're looking for a capable automotive technician who can diagnose, repair, and get vehicles front-line ready efficiently without sacrificing quality.
$66,000–$150,000 annually
This is a flat-rate position. The posted compensation range is based on actual annualized earnings of current and former employees who have worked in this or comparable technician positions.
Individual earnings will vary based on experience, skill level, certifications, efficiency, hours flagged, available work, and other applicable compensation factors.
Additional incentive and bonus opportunities may be available based on qualifications, production, and applicable dealership programs.
For qualified technicians, a temporary hourly guarantee may be available during the first 90 days of employment to support the transition into the position.
