Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume phone lines, ensuring efficient call handling and timely response.
• Process customer payments, including cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts.
• Assist customers with various needs, including paperwork, appointment scheduling, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Take clear and concise messages, prioritize important calls, and resolve customer issues effectively.
