Job summary

Team Automotive is hiring an Express Lube / Quick Lube Technician in Goldsboro, NC. This full-time role offers daytime hours, a rotating schedule, and pay of $18.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience, with base+commission potential.

You’ll perform oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, and basic inspections while delivering fast, accurate service in a busy shop. Generous PTO, employee discounts, and growth opportunities come with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Rotate and inspect tires
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Inspect batteries, belts, hoses, filters, and other maintenance items
• Perform basic multipoint vehicle inspections
• Check tire pressure and tread condition
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to the service team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures
• Help provide the fast, accurate service our customers expect
