Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking motivated General Service Technicians (GST) to join our team. This entry-level role offers a path to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with hands-on automotive training.

We offer competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, EAP, 401k enrollment, PTO, and paid holidays. You’ll work Mon–Sat with a 5-day full-time schedule once trained.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive experience; classes helpful.
• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• State inspection license (can obtain while working).
• Passion for automotive work and eagerness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work Mon-Sat with a 5 day full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, alignments, and more.
• Assist fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.

Full or Part Time Openings in Winston Salem, Greensboro & High Point

Pay Range $13 - $18 per hour

Entry level lube tech: $13 - $16 per hour with commission

GST: $16 - 18 (1 year of experience) with commission

You will earn more with more experience & an inspection license!

GST with 2 years of experience: $18 + per hour with commission
