Job summary

Sir Walter Chevrolet is seeking Express Technicians/Lube Technicians in Raleigh to perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspection tasks. You will document findings and assist with light repairs while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Training will be provided, with opportunities for career advancement through GM training and certification programs; a supportive team environment and mentorship from experienced technicians are offered.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly role; automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train and learn hands-on skills.
• Demonstrated work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery testing, and other routine maintenance services


• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings


• Check and top off vehicle fluids


• Inspect brakes, tires, belts, hoses, and other maintenance items


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Work closely with service advisors and experienced technicians to deliver exceptional customer service


• Assist with light mechanical repairs while developing your technical skills

What We're Looking For

• Automotive experience is preferred, but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate


• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
