Job summary

Daechang Seat Co LTD USA is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality operations in a manufacturing environment. You will manage teams, coordinate schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and efficiency on the production floor.

The role requires strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and evaluate team performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality supervision or leadership within automotive/manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools.
• Experience leading and developing hourly or salaried quality team members.
• Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and lead a team of quality employees, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel employees to improve performance and productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to problems.
• Maintain accurate records of quality activities and safety procedures.
