Job summary

Daechang Seat Savannah Corp. in Georgia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality, and meet delivery targets. You will oversee planning, performance reporting, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or engineering, at least 3 years in supervision, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in SAP/MES. Bilingual Korean and English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
Strong knowledge of production planning, KPI reporting, and process improvement.
Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing systems (SAP, MES preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints.
Bilingual: Korean and English.

Responsibilities

Make a detailed production plan for each process based on the customer’s production schedule.
Prepare and submit the daily production result report.
Prepare weekly and monthly production result reports for management review.
Prepare weekly and monthly downtime summary reports and coordinate countermeasures.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Cooperate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Train and develop production team members to enhance skills and performance.
Maintain accurate production data and reports in line with policy.
