Job summary

Eissmann Automotive is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality team on the shop floor, ensuring products and processes meet internal and customer specifications and automotive standards.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and sustain customer satisfaction through effective containment, root-cause analysis, and CAPA execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of quality experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Proven supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience with 8D, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide daily direction to Quality Technicians, Inspectors, and other Quality personnel.
• Ensure manufactured products meet customer specifications and internal requirements.
• Monitor production quality and respond quickly to nonconformances and customer issues.
• Lead containment activities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support audits and ensure corrective actions are completed within timelines.
• Communicate quality concerns across departments and shifts.
