Job summary

Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality assurance team, develop and implement QC processes, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

You will oversee inspections of automotive parts, ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance, perform root cause analysis, and report metrics to management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role is based in Bloomingdale, GA with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field (or equivalent) highly desired.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a quality supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques (e.g., CMM, SPC, FMEA, PPAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring all quality standards are adhered to.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of automotive parts to ensure they meet internal and customer specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement, working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Generate quality reports and metrics, presenting findings to management and recommending solutions.
• Address customer concerns related to quality, ensuring timely resolutions and preventive measures.
• Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets specifications.
