Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and customers, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or 2+ years in quality/manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with CMMs, calipers and micrometers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Operations and Customer Support teams daily.
• Coordinate with Honda, BMW, and third-party quality reps.
• Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Lead containment, inspection, repair, and requalification activities.
• Generate daily quality reports and monthly performance summaries.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects.
