Jefferson Southern Corp in Rockmart, GA seeks an experienced Die Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily die maintenance for high‑volume stamping, ensure tooling readiness, and maximize press room uptime. You will mentor die maintenance technicians and coordinate across shifts.

You will drive PM/PDM programs, perform root‑cause analysis on defects, support tool room staffing and budgeting, and work with Production, Quality, and Tooling Engineering on ECNs/ECNs and trials for new tool launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial tool & die maintenance in automotive manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a tool room or stamping facility.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across progressive, transfer, and tandem die setups.
• Ability to read piece-part blueprints, GD&T charts, and complex tool drawings.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance history tracking.

Responsabilités

• Support daily die maintenance operations to maximize tooling readiness and press uptime.
• Lead and develop die maintenance technicians across multiple shifts.
• Drive tooling reliability through PM/PDM programs, circle grid analysis, burr tracking, and die inserts/sharpening.
• Assist with tool room staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and spare tooling management.
• Lead root cause investigations for recurring defects and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tooling Engineering on changes (ECRs/ECNs) and trial runs for new tools.
• Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement; track KPIs like die strikes per hit.
