Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks a Laboratory Technician to perform testing, inspections, and analyses that support manufacturing operations and ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

You will collect samples, record results, calibrate equipment, and work with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical education preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately record data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on paint, raw materials, and finished products according to established procedures.
• Collect and analyze samples from production processes.
• Record, maintain, and report test results accurately and timely.
• Monitor product quality and identify potential issues before they impact production.
• Assist in investigating quality concerns and customer complaints.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
