Job summary

You will operate CMMs, vision systems, gauges, calipers, and micrometers, and prepare test reports to drive quality improvements. The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in the automotive industry, with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and solid communication skills in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 1 year of automotive industry experience.
• Experience with dimensional inspection and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T and MSA fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections, product testing, and conformity verification.
• Operate measuring equipment such as CMM, vision systems, gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Prepare and issue measurement and test reports.
• Analyze test results and report non-conformities.
• Support customer complaints, supplier issues, and internal investigations through laboratory analysis.
• Participate in root cause analysis and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure traceability of samples, test data, and laboratory records.
• Verify calibration status of laboratory equipment and support MSA studies.
• Train operators and technicians on measurement methods when required.
