Responsibilities

• Inspect automotive axles, splines, and related components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform visual inspections for defects and surface imperfections.
• Inspect spline teeth for proper condition and dimensional requirements.
• Measure parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Verify parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Record inspection results on sheets or systems and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Identify defective or non-conforming parts and segregate them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
