Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced inspections of incoming materials, in-process components and finished goods.
  • Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings to verify conformance.
  • Conduct destructive and nondestructive testing when required.
  • Identify root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Help develop and maintain QMS documentation (ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • Support internal and external audits for quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior Quality Techs on inspection techniques.
  • Analyze quality data and present results to teams for improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production and supply chain to resolve issues.
  • Operate and program CMM and automated inspection equipment.
  • Participate in FMEA and PPAP processes as required.
