Job summary

RIDE is seeking a quality engineer to ensure incoming parts and internal components meet stringent quality standards. You will manage quality-related issues across manufacturing, drive root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to prevent customer impact.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s in automotive engineering or related field and a minimum of three years of quality engineering experience, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and process auditing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or similar majors.
• Minimum 3 years work experience as quality engineer.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet quality standards to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Identify and raise quality issues and resolve them to zero customer impact.
• Lead quality audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
• Write product inspection procedures and train quality awareness.
