Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. CSP emphasizes Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering or manufacturing technology education preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Paint shop or automated finishing system experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for paint department operations, ensuring quality and process parameters.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to ensure proper function and preventive maintenance of paint equipment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation of paint systems and robots.
• Monitor KPIs related to paint quality, uptime, and efficiency; drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949; participate in lean initiatives.
