LER TechForce is seeking an Automotive Quality Engineer in Warsaw, IN. You will lead quality assurance for sub-assembly and general assembly, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure defect-free launches.

With 8+ years in automotive quality, you will apply AIAG/IATF tools, perform root-cause analyses, and drive CAPA and FMEA initiatives to secure robust product quality and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with new product launches and process development.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust QA/QC processes for sub-assembly and general assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality into manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
• Perform audits and inspections for new car launches.
• Engage with supplier quality teams on incoming materials.
• Maintain quality documentation including control plans and QA manuals.
• Support FMEA development and risk assessment activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
