Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of quality experience in vehicle OEM plant.
2+ years IPSQ and OEM rework experience.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills (8D, 5Why).
Knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, and control plans.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all EHS policies and procedures.
Ensure conformance to IATF 16949 quality management standards is sustained.
Maintain process procedures and documentation as applicable.
Lead audits and participate in internal/external audits as needed.
Perform and document 8D analyses for customer issues and update related systems.
Develop and maintain control plans and quality work instructions for containment and inspection.
Work with cross-functional teams to update PFMEAs and control plans for quality issues.
