Qualifications

• Degree in Quality / Engineering or 3 years’ experience in related field.
• 3 years’ experience in the automotive/ engineering/ quality sector.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies, such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest industry advancements.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts training sessions to ensure quality assurance activities and systems are understood and properly implemented.
• Trains and directs associates engaged in measuring and testing products and analyzing data related to material, product, process quality, and reliability.
• Ensures implementation of control plan activities and makes all required revisions.
• Investigates internal and external quality concerns and verifies corrective actions as necessary.
• Conducts customer visits and reports findings as required.
• Ensures dimensional verification of products is completed as required.
• Conducts dock audits and process audits as needed.
• Ensures all charting complies with the guidelines outlined in the Statistical Process Control (SPC) Manual.
• Ensures all applicable SPC requirements are implemented and understood.
• Collaborates with applicable departments to develop and implement SPC charting.
• Maintains compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies.
• Follows and supports all applicable operational and emergency instructions.
